On November 24, the "2019 China family charity forum and China family charity survey report conference" sponsored and supported by the Laoniu Brother & Sister Foundation was successfully was successfully held in China Europe International Business School in Shanghai. Ms. Zhang Shufen, Zhang Zhongmou’s wife, a Well-known Taiwanese Philanthropist, Painter and Founder of TSMC, and Ms. Li Wei, Co-founder of New Hope Group, Director of China' Next Generation Education Foundation and Chairman of Li Wei Education Foundation, were also invited to participate in the forum and shared their philanthropic cause with the guests. Based on the sample pool of more than 1300 A-share listed companies and more than 7500 foundations that have been established in China, 122 family foundations have been selected for data analysis, forming the first detailed family charity survey report in China.

With the further discussion of the significance of wealth in society, more and more rich people have a deeper understanding and choice of the comprehension and inheritance of wealth. The development of China's family charity foundation has also attracted the world's attention to the social problems of China's wealth redistribution. Similarly, the trend of industry observation with the help of data analysis represented by《China's Family Charity Survey Report》is also exciting.

2019 China Family Charity Investigation Report

Explanation

Research purpose:

The purpose of this survey report is to study and analyze the family charity practice activities dominated by family enterprises in China's A-share listed companies.

Data filter subject:

1300 listed A-share companies in China and more than 7500 foundations have been established in China.

Filter criteria：

By the date of data collection, the founder of the enterprise should still have held the position of general manager or chairman of the board of directors in the enterprise,

Filter results:

According to the filter criteria, a total of 122 family foundations were selected, including 94 family foundations established by family enterprises listed in A-shares and 28 family foundations established by well-known family enterprises but not listed in A-shares.
