As one of the most influential communication platforms in the industry, China Foundation Forum annual grand meeting is committed to building a high-level platform for industry dialogue, exchange and cooperation. On November 22 to23, the 2019 annual grand meeting of China Foundation Forum was held in Rongcheng, Fuzhou with the theme of "stick to the original heart and seek common development". Niu Ben, President of the Laoniu Brother & Sister Foundation and An Yaqiang, Secretary General of the Lao Niu Foundation attended the meeting. 

The archives special topic sharing meeting jointly sponsored by China Foundation Forum (hereinafter referred to as "Foundation Forum") and Inner Mongolia Laoniu Charity Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "Lao Niu Foundation") was successfully held in Zhangzhou Hall, Fujian Auditorium, Fuzhou. This is the first time that the Chinese foundation industry has shared and discussed archives special topics in-depth. The theme of meeting is "archives: witness public welfare, help development" and more than 60 public welfare partners concerned about the archives construction of foundation attended the meeting.

There are a large number of innovations and highlights in this conference in China foundation industry. It is worth mentioning that the first practical manual of foundation archives management was released--Hundred Questions of Foundation Archives Practice. It is a popular science book of archives management knowledge, which not only introduces related concepts, management links and reference standards of archives work, but also highlights three aspects contents of archives information security, archives information development trend and family charity archives management.

With the rapid integration of Chinese social organizations into global charity, more and more foundations are actively learning international advanced experience and committed to cultivating talents in the public welfare industry with international vision.

Taking "Richard Rockefeller Scholars Program" as an example, Niu Ben, President of  Laoniu Brother & Sister Foundation, shared with the audience on the topics of how the foundation practitioners participate in international exchange and learning, how the international public welfare work experience can help the domestic work and so on.
